Privacy Policy

Last updated 19 September 2026

This policy covers the Debin Labs website: what we collect, why, who processes it for us, and how to exercise your rights. We collect only what the site needs to answer enquiries and understand how it is used.

What we collect

When you send us a brief. Your company name, email address, a description of your problem, your stage, and your timeline. We use these only to reply to you and discuss the work.

When you visit. Aggregate usage such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, country, browser, and device type, and which buttons were used to open the contact form. This is counted without cookies and without identifying you.

Only if you accept advertising cookies. Our advertising partners receive data about your visit so we can measure our ads and show them to people who have visited.

  • LinkedIn runs the LinkedIn Insight Tag, only with your consent, and also uses this data under its own privacy policy.
  • Google runs the Google Ads tag, only with your consent, and also uses this data under its own privacy policy.

Some of these providers are outside the Philippines, so your data may be processed in other countries.

Cookies

What this site stores in your browser, and how to change your choice, is set out in our Cookie Policy.

How long we keep it

Briefs are kept for as long as we are discussing or doing work with you, and deleted on request. Analytics is kept in aggregate and cannot be traced back to you.

Your rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the GDPR where it applies to you, you can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond.
